The Vrijthof is the vibrant heart of Maastricht, surrounded by terraces, the Basilica of Saint Servatius, and the Church of Saint John. A square where history and conviviality go hand in hand.

De Helpoort

The oldest surviving city gate in the Netherlands, dating from 1229. The small but imposing gate is a reminder of the medieval city walls that protected Maastricht for centuries.

The Market Square and City Hall

The Markt is the vibrant heart of Maastricht, with the beautiful seventeenth-century town hall as a focal point. A square where you truly feel the Burgundian atmosphere of the city.

You start at: Centraal Station (Stationsplein). From there, the tour leads you through the city in 2 hours (approximately 2 km).

The tour is most suitable for ages 16 and up. Stuck for a moment? You can use a hint or the answer for every puzzle, so you can always keep playing.

Super leuke city escape met een interessant historisch verhaal! Een mooie route door de stad met leuke puzzels. Zelfs als je de stad al kent is het een aanrader. De pauzeknop is ook ideaal, waardoor we tussendoor lekker konden lunchen. Al met al erg leuk!
