      2. Applicability<\/b>
      These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered via thecityescape.nl, including the purchase and use of digital city tours and their activation in our mobile app.
      By using our website or app, or by purchasing a tour, the user agrees to these terms.<\/p>\n

      3. Offer and Product Description<\/b>
      The City Escape sells digital city tours.
      After purchase, the customer receives a unique activation code via email, which can be used to unlock the tour in our free mobile app.
      Each tour contains interactive elements such as assignments, route information, and narrative content. The exact content may vary per tour. <\/p>\n

      4. Delivery and Access<\/b>
      Delivery takes place digitally via the email address used by the customer during checkout.<\/p>\n

      The activation code provides access to the relevant tour within the app.<\/p>\n

      It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct email address.<\/p>\n

      If the email does not arrive, the customer can contact info@thecityescape.nl for resending.<\/p>\n

      5. Prices and Payments<\/b>
      All prices on our website are exempt from VAT, as The City Escape participates in the Small Business Scheme (KOR). Therefore, no VAT is calculated or stated on the invoice. <\/span>Payments are handled via the payment methods offered on the website. <\/span>The customer receives a confirmation of the purchase via email.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)<\/b>
      Our products are digital downloads in the form of activation codes. According to European legislation, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as:
      the customer explicitly consents to immediate delivery during the purchase, and  acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires after delivery of the activation code. <\/span>Because our tours are delivered via email immediately after payment, refunds are not possible once the code has been sent, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. Use of the App and Activation Codes<\/b>
      Activation codes are personal and intended for private use. The City Escape reserves the right to block abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use. <\/span>The app and all content are the property of The City Escape and protected by copyright.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. Liability<\/b>
      The City Escape strives for correct and up-to-date information within tours, but cannot completely exclude errors or inaccuracies. Participation in the tour is at your own risk. <\/span>The user is personally responsible for safety while following routes (e.g., traffic, surroundings, weather conditions). <\/span>The City Escape is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, app, or tours.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. Technical Requirements<\/b>
      A smartphone with an internet connection is required to use the app. We cannot guarantee that the app will function correctly on all devices. <\/p>\n

      10. Intellectual Property<\/b>
      All texts, images, audio, routes, puzzles, and other content within our tours and app fall under the intellectual property of The City Escape. Users may not copy, publish, or redistribute this content without permission. <\/p>\n

      11. Privacy<\/b>
      We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available at:

      12. Changes to the Terms<\/b>
      The City Escape may change these terms. The most recent version is always available on the website. In the event of substantial changes, we will inform our users if necessary. <\/p>\n
